"We love coming to Railway Chai House! Ratan always gives us such great service and makes every visit enjoyable. We live close by and often stop in for chai, and it’s become one of our favorite spots in the neighborhood. The chai always tastes amazing, and the friendly service keeps us coming back. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great chai and a welcoming atmosphere"

"The Veggie Club Sandwich was delicious and the Karak Chai was nice too! The only issue was the cup being too hot to hold.. I wish they had sleeves. Overall, good experience!!"

"It was my first visit and coming from Australia, I wasn't expecting customer service standard high like we get in the pacific. But Gurnoor changed it quickly, she was very professional yet polite and helped me decide the best options. Food was fresh and very tasty. Totally worth visiting for the food but the staff behavior makes it even special."

"I had a great experience at Railway Chai House in Brampton. The service was amazing, especially from Ratan and Simran. They were very friendly, polite, and made sure everything was perfect. Their customer service was excellent and they served the chai and snacks quickly with a smile. The place had a great vibe, and staff like Ratan and Simran make it even better. They were very welcoming and respectful, which made the visit really enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for chai and snacks. I will definitely come back again!"

"Been to this location a # of times (including today!) and it has what has become our favourite chai: ilachi adrak chai (cardamom ginger tea). It is freshly made and tastes smooth, flavourful and well balanced with neither the ginger nor the cardamom being overpowering (which unfortunately befalls others’ adrak ilachi chai). The service as well has always been fantastic from the ladies working here. One of them told me about the Loyalty Card and asked how many times I had visited previously and purchased chai and when I told her she automatically added those loyalty stamps to the card as well even though I was just getting it for the first time during that visit. Overall a great place for chai and will continue to return."
